Cancellation Policies
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival will require full payment.
Air Travel
The Utah Transportation Network cannot be held liable for flight delays, late flights, or missed flights caused by factors such as weather, road construction, traffic, or road conditions. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend all guests to schedule their departure times at least two hours prior to their flight departure.
Rail or Bus Travel
The Utah Transportation Network is not responsible for any delays in train or bus travel. If our services are required to wait beyond the scheduled arrival time, additional charges will apply.
